eCommerce Business Consultant

London based with European and US travel required.

As an experienced and highly motivated Business Consultant/Analyst working within our eCommerce practice you will be tasked with supporting the business development team as well as working with clients to help them understand best practice (use of technology, site design, implementation) and improve the ROI from their eCommerce operations.

Description:

Research industry data, news and trends;
Supporting and developing existing client relationships;
Delivering strategy and analysis projects to clients;
Identifying and supporting business development opportunities;
Pre-sales and sales support.

Requirements:

5 years plus in the consulting or digital industry;
Have a technical or pre-sales background;
Demonstrable experience of business delivery;
The ability to build relationships with clients;
The ability to follow through and get things done;
Skill in handling and facilitating groups;
A very good first degree.
